Cluster Connection k3s

Hello! My cluster k3s version v1.27.7+k3s2 (575bce76)
in Lens AppIQ is not connected. I did everything according to the instructions, only the Agent started: shipa-agent-8484698456-gxj22 0/1 Running 0 79m.

The other two pods are missing. EVENTS does not give any errors, cluster.connect, success. But the cluster did not connect. What could be the problem?
